These sessions are tailor made to your individual requirements and are designed to maximise your individual goal achievement whether you are targeting improved: WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE TONE, SPEED, STRENGTH or STAMINA.
Sports conditioning is greatly enhanced through water based exercise, typical goals such as improved agility or speed can be attained in a safer environment where injuries are less likely.
HYDRO-PT classes are designed to be truly demanding using the various depths of the pool and numerous forms of HFS approved equipment.
